UPDATE: "I just deeply regret the entire thing," says Josh Harrell, a Warren County resident and business owner.
Harrell made a Facebook post about an interaction between one of his employees and Grundy County Captain Clarence Delk about traffic safety in Coffee County. In this post, Harrell asked if anyone knew Captain Delk and referred to him as a 'boy.'
Harrell says he has been called that same name many times and uses it often.
Captain Delk says "you can look on my vest and see my name, see what I'm saying. "That bothered me, but the all the rest of stuff made me even madder," he adds.
A reply by Harrell on his original post mentions a rope and a tree.
"I was replying, I was making, I was making a crude statement, a crude comment based on the history of this county," Harrell say
