Chicago – Turnovers, bad. Win, good.
That’s basically the synopsis of Michigan’s 24-22 victory over Northwestern, thanks to a 31-yard field goal from Dominic Zvada as time expired last Saturday at Wrigley Field. The winning kick pulled the Wolverines from the depths of three turnovers in the fourth quarter, five overall. Bryce Underwood had two interceptions, and Michigan did not force a turnover.
