LOGAN – The upcoming Christmas festivities in Logan will include two performances of the Utah holiday tradition The Forgotten Carols .
The touring musical by Utah composer Michael McLean is slated to be staged in the auditorium of Logan High School on Saturday, Dec. 6 with performances at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Since its debut in 1991, The Forgotten Carols has been performed for more than a million people in Utah and Idaho, becoming a holiday tradition for thousands of families.
The musical center on Connie Lou, a nurse whose life is empty until a patient she is attending recounts the story of Christ’s birth told from the perspective of little-known characters in the nativity story, reminding her of what the world has forgotten about Christmas.
