ATHENS, Ga. — Georgia beat Texas 35-10 on a Saturday in a final score that belied how close the game was, at least until the fourth quarter.

It was 14-10 after three quarters, but Coach Kirby Smart's Dawgs left the Longhorns behind in the fourth, winning the quarter 21-0.

The mentality to finish the game, wear down the opponent, is something Smart highlighted in his postgame remarks.

Asked about the fourth quarter, the coach said it was always Georgia's approach to "dominate and try to win the fourth quarter.

"It's what we do in practice, it's what we do in the offseason, it's what we build our core culture around, is being the more physical team," Smart said.
