TANGIPAHOA PARISH, La. — A three-vehicle crash on LA Hwy 22 left a Ponchatoula man dead Saturday afternoon, according to Louisiana State Police.
State Police Troop L said troopers responded shortly after 3 p.m. on Nov. 15 to a crash near N. Thibodeaux Road in Tangipahoa Parish. The crash claimed the life of 28-year-old Caleb Milton of Ponchatoula.
According to the investigation, a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and a 2015 Nissan Murano were traveling westbound, with the Nissan following the Jeep. At the same time, a 2015 Harley-Davidson motorcycle operated by Milton was traveling eastbound.
For reasons still under investigation, State Police said the driver of the Jeep attempted to make a left turn onto a private driveway directly in the path of the Harley-Davidson. The motorcycle struck the right
