On Sunday at 6:41 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory in effect until Monday at 7 p.m. for Oneida County.

The weather service states to anticipate, "Total snowfall accumulations between 2 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph."

"Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes," states the weather service. "Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1."
