In a conversation about the current war between Russia and Ukraine Mike Sfraga, former U.S. Ambassador to the Arctic and current University of Alaska interim chancellor, and William Taylor, former ambassador to Ukraine, discussed the history and current state of the war, geopolitical implications of the U.S.’s involvement and took audience questions and provided insight on Friday at the Davis Concert Hall.
