CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A law-enforcement officer was hurt after a van rammed into vehicles on Sunday afternoon in Charlotte, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said.
The federal agency posted a video on Nov. 16, which showed a white work van at an intersection along University City Boulevard , at the exit of The Commons at Chancellor Park shopping center.
In the video, the van was seen swerving out of the turn lane coming out of the shopping center, going through the grass, and getting back onto the roadway. The video also showed what looked like Border Patrol agents getting out of an SUV at the intersection. The agents were said to have been taking part in an operation, presumably Border Patrol’s “Charlotte’s Web.”
