A man found dead in a Bucks County canal has been identified, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Nov. 17.
Robert Kowalski was discovered in ankle-deep water along the canal path near the 8000 block of Woodside Drive in Falls Township after a passerby came across his body on Saturday, Nov. 15, according to Troop M – Trevose Station.
He did not have identification with him at the time he was found, state police said at the end of the release.
An autopsy was conducted earlier today, Monday, Nov. 17, by the Bucks County Coroner’s Office.
The Trevose Criminal Investigation Unit is leading the case, with assistance from the Troop M Forensic Services Unit, Falls Township Police Department, and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
