Artificial Christmas trees could be up by 20 percent this year due to tariffs, according to the American Christmas Tree Association.
Raulston Acres Christmas Tree Farm in Rock Spring says they upped their prices this year.
"They are within a dollar of what they were last year. We didn't raise our prices a lot, even though fertilizer went up a bit, and some other commodities we use to grow the trees went up. We try to keep our prices as low as we can,” said Dan Raulston, owner of Raulston Acres Christmas Tree Farm.
General imported Christmas decor could cost you 30 percent more this year, and Christmas lights could be up 63 percent or more. At Raulston, you can expect to pay by the foot.
