CONWAY, Ark. — Police have confirmed that an arrest warrant has been issued for a Conway doctor that's been accused of rape.
The doctor, 65-year-old Guy Langley Peeples, is the suspect of an alleged sexual assault incident that happened on November 10 at a Baptist Health in Conway.
Conway police said that officials received a report around 7:14 p.m. of a sexual assault incident and that detectives consequently filed a rape warrant against Peeples as a result.
Following the incident, Baptist Health released the following statement in regards to Peeples' arrest:
"We are aware of an incident involving a physician at our Conway hospital. In accordance with our policies, we responded immediately, notified the Conway Police Department, and the physician was terminated," Baptist Health said i
