ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Albemarle County Police Department says a Buckingham County resident is facing several charges following a police pursuit on Sunday.

According to police, the incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. when an ACPD officer in the area of Seminole Trail and Airport Acres pulled over a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane of travel.
