The Front Royal Women’s Resource Center is accepting applications for its 2026 Dare to Dream Enrichment Grants. Grants are available to women living and/or working in Warren County who are 18 or older and not currently enrolled in high school.

Awarded since 1999, the grants provide women with opportunities to move forward with their lives whether it be to continue their education, start or expand a business, purchase equipment or provide a service to the community. Applicants can request up to $1,000, which is paid directly to the school or vendor.

For the second year, the Women’s Resource Center is partnering with the Warren Memorial Hospital Foundation to provide up to five $1,000 grants to women pursuing education or training in health care or related fields.
