BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - If you plan on being out on the road Monday night in Bangor, you’ll want to steer clear of Broadway near the I-95 bridge construction.

Between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. on November 17 th and 18 th , the Maine Department of Transportation will be closing Broadway to all vehicular traffic.

Crews will be digging trenches for new utility lines for new signals at the southbound on and off ramp intersection.

The work being done is part of the ongoing bridge replacement project on I-95.

Flaggers will be on-site to redirect traffic, and the Maine DOT encourages all motorists to follow the detour signs.
