LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Louisville Orchestra and Mayor Craig Greenberg have announced that a tribute concert will be held in the aftermath of the crash of UPS 2976 , which killed 14 people earlier this month.
Officials said “the program is intended to honor the memory of those who lost their lives, recognize the courage of the first responders who answered the call, and acknowledge the efforts of the many UPS employees who supported the company’s response.”
The free concert is happening on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts’ Whitney Hall. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
