BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - On Monday afternoon, the grind was real at The Shed Barbecue and Blues Joint in Jackson County, more than a week before Thanksgiving.

That’s where turkeys are coming out of the oven, hot and ready for delivery.

“People are ordering early it’s pandemonium,” The Shed’s owner Brad Orrison said.

The Shed is doing what it’s been doing for years, making sure families across the coast have a turkey on their table for Thanksgiving.

Orrison said his team started prepping about a week ago, and that hundreds of families have already come through to get their turkey, before heading out of town.

“Travel is already starting to pick up. Normally the family comes to your house, and you cook the turkey,” he said. “Well here you can have it with the shed and bring it wherever you
