After a noisy night, we will still deal with some lingering spotty light showers for the early morning.

The afternoon will be mostly dry as we stay cloudy and cool. Northeast winds will keep temperatures fairly stagnant through the day with highs staying in the 40s. The clouds will continue for Wednesday but we will stay dry as temperatures climb near 50.

There is a chance for additional rain later this week Thursday into Friday. There is a low pressure disturbance that will bring showers over the Midwest, but it seems like most of the rain will remain south of Iowa.
