Three teenagers are among five people in hospital after they were exposed to a 'chemical spill' at a secondary school. Dozens of police, paramedics and fire crews were called to the scene in Biddulph, Staffordshire, at around 10.15am this morning (November 18).
Biddulph High School was put into lockdown as fire crews arrived at the grounds on Conway Road, Knypersley, at around 10.35am. Police and paramedics were also called and the affected building was quickly ventilated. It is not known what chemical was involved.
