WASHINGTON — A D.C. teen is facing a long list of charges after he was arrested Friday in connection to a shooting that hurt five people near Howard University's Homecoming last month . U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro made the announcement Tuesday.
Kaevaughn Dudley, 17, of D.C., appeared before Superior Court Judge Danya A. Dayson on Saturday and is charged with five counts each of assault with intent to murder while armed, assault with intent to kill while armed, aggravated assault while armed and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, for each of the five victims who were struck by gunfire.
Police were able to identify Dudley through DCPS-issued SmarTrip cards which tracked Dudley and the eight other males he was with the night of the shooting and social media. Dudley was de
