MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Alex Rodriguez, 52, a man from Honduras wanted for the alleged rape of children and aggravated sexual battery, has been taken into law enforcement custody.
U.S. Marshals announced Tuesday that Rodriguez was arrested by agents of the Memphis Safe Task Force.
The outstanding warrant against Rodriguez alleges he raped a child multiple times when the child was between the ages of 8 and 13 years old. Authorities also stated that Rodriguez was found to be in the United States illegally.
