Dozens of hamsters, some born without eyes, will need homes
The Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society (AARCS) is seeking support from the community to rehabilitate an additional 16 baby hamsters who were born after an individual bought a pregnant hamster from a pet store.
The agency has already taken in 19 hamsters and is looking for both supplies and adoptive families for all 35 animals.
