NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - Arrest documents reveal that multiple people fired firearms inside the vehicle that resulted in the deaths of three teenagers.
According to a Nacogdoches arrest affidavit, on Oct. 24, Nacogdoches police officers responded to a reported gunshot victim in the 1100 block of Hackberry Street.
The document stated that once officers arrived they located two gunshot victims in the car and another laying just outside the car.
Emilio Perez, 16, Dequavious LeCharles Brooks, 17, and Edward Alejandro Rivera, 18, each of Nacogdoches, were killed during the shooting.
The arrest affidavit stated that evidence at the scene showed that multiple people fired firearms inside the vehicle.
