OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - ‘Tis the season! The City of Owensboro has revealed their 37th official Christmas card for 2025.

Officials say it was designed by local artist Aaron Kizer and is titled “BLUEgrass Christmas”.

“BLUEgrass Christmas gives a holiday twist to my downtown mural, blending Owensboro’s landmarks with the warmth of the season,” said Kizer. “The image of Santa playing a banjo celebrates the creativity, music, and community that make this city special. He represents all of us who bring Owensboro to life each day.”

Officials say they will share an update on social media once the cards are available for sale.

Cards will be sold for $2.00 each at City Hall on East 4th Street during regular business hours.
