Chef Sean Sherman, founder of the Twin Cities restaurant Owamni and NATIFS, will stop by "The Daily Show" this week.
The activist and author will be interviewed by host Ronny Chieng, who performed at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis earlier this month, on Wednesday's episode of the long-running program.
Sherman's appearance will be aired just one night after his book release event at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis.
At that release party, dubbed “The Sioux Chef’s Make Americas Borderless Again,” the James Beard-winning restaurateur will celebrate the launch of his new cookbook, "Turtle Island: Foods and Traditions of the Indigenous Peoples of North America."
