BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Police said they are seeking the public’s help to find a missing man who hasn’t been seen in about a year.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, no one has seen Jarvis Morton, 46, since November 22, 2024.

Police said Morton’s family hasn’t had any contact with him since his disappearance. He was last seen on Mission Drive near Washington Avenue in Baton Rouge.

When police initially reported that Morton was missing in 2024, they said he was described as being 6-foot-1 and weighing 175 pounds. They also said he had a low haircut and a thin beard.

According to BRPD, investigators aren’t ruling out the possibility of foul play.
