Police officers are appealing for information to trace the potential victim of bag snatch in Middlesbrough . A member of the public reported that a woman approached her on Ormesby Road, near to Ormesby Grange Care Home, at around 7am on Tuesday, November 18.
The victim told her that her bag had been stolen around an hour earlier. The member of the public called Cleveland Police who are now trying to track the victim down.
It is believed the woman came from the Premier Road/Siddington Walk area then walked back that way before police arrived. She is described as white, with blonde hair, and was wearing white pyjama bottoms and a black coat with fur hood.
