The UK snow has been widened to TWO more counties in England. The Met Office has issued a fresh yellow weather warning for the country, with Norfolk and Suffolk affected by the downturn in conditions from 5pm on Wednesday.

The new yellow weather warning for the east of England lasts until 11am tomorrow. "Wintry showers bringing a risk of ice may lead to some disruption on Wednesday night and Thursday morning," the Met Office said.

On what to expect, the Met Office added: "Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services. Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths. Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces."
