AURORA, Colo. (KKTV) - A man was arrested Thursday night on domestic violence charges after police said he fired shots into an Aurora home.
According to the Aurora Police Department (APD), officers were called around 10:45 p.m. to South Gibraltar Street after shots were fired into a home.
A sergeant spotted the suspect vehicle, a silver Chrysler with no plates, after obtaining a vehicle description from a witness and security camera footage of the suspect speeding away.
APD said officers stopped the suspect vehicle shortly after.
Police said the driver of the car cooperated, but the passenger, Joshua Busey, 21, refused to comply with officers’ commands to get on the ground.
