AUGUSTA, Ga. — The Golden Harvest Food Bank was gifted a $1 million donation to help expand its “Spooky to be Hungry” campaign.

The food bank says Rob and Pam Johnston’s donation will be invested as an annual $100,000 match for the annual campaign.

Columbia County leaders to hold hearing on proposed data center

Columbia County leaders will hold a hearing on a proposed data center project on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Evans Government Center Auditorium.

Their gift is especially focused on growing the campaign’s impact in the Aiken region and across the six South Carolina counties served by the Food Bank.
