Police are continuing to hunt a suspect after a teenager who stabbed to death in Birmingham.

Yassin Alama, 19, was knifed on Hutton Road in Handsworth at around 5.20pm on Sunday, November 16.

Detectives are searching for Oumar Traore, 17, who is wanted for questioning over the murder of Yassin.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in Birmingham at around 1am yesterday, Tuesday, November 18.

The junction of Hutton Road and Stamford Road reopened at around 5pm on Tuesday.
