COBBLE HILL — SOULCYCLE CO-FOUNDER Elizabeth Cutler appears to have purchased a renovated brownstone in Cobble Hill for $5.7 million, reports Crain’s New York Business. The 3,200-square-foot Clinton Street property, sold through an LLC, went into contract Oct. 15 and closed Nov. 6. The seller was Lindsey Branca of redevelopment firm Branca & Co.
The four-unit residence was bought by Branca for $3.8 million in 2020. After years on the market, Branca raised the price to $5.7 million in September and quickly found a buyer in Cutler, who reportedly earned $90 million from SoulCycle’s sale to Equinox in 2016.
The deal follows the $29 million sale earlier this year of Cutler’s Telluride, Colorado estate.
