Four people were arrested following a search of a home in Neptune Township on Tuesday, Nov. 18 the culmination of a months long investigation, authorities announced.
Prior to executing the warrant, the Street Crimes Unit observed Jean Raisin, the target of the investigation, leaving the residence with Miguel Lopez, a 45-year-old Freehold resident, Neptune Township police said. The two men were detained and arrested for active warrants, police said.
Raisin was in possession of a handgun stolen from Georgia, heroin, crack cocaine and MDMA, police said. Lopez was found in possession of crack cocaine, police said.
A search of the residence led to the seizure of additional heroin, crack cocaine, gabapentin and other drug paraphernalia, police said. Connor Flannery, 37, and Erin Harmon, 39, were also arrested at the scene, police said.
All four people are charged with multiple controlled dangerous substance offenses, police said. Raisin also faces weapons charges and charges related to the burglary and theft of money from Shore Lanes bowling alley in May 2025, police said.
