Chris Cummings, the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario’s trustee for Brockville and area, has been acclaimed to a second term as the board’s chairman.

He will be joined by Cornwall-area trustee Karen Torrie-Racine, who was elected to her first term as vice-chair. The Catholic board held the vote on Tuesday.

Cummings is the trustee for Brockville, Smiths Falls and Leeds County.

At Tuesday’s meeting, Cummings thanked fellow trustees and the board’s administration.
