IRVINE, Calif. — Taco Bell is turning over its menu to the people who know it best: its customers.
Starting Thursday, Nov. 20, three fan-created items will be available nationwide for a limited time through the chain's app and in-restaurant kiosks. The California Crunchwrap, Burrito Bliss and Cantina Craze emerged from more than 40,000 submissions to the company's Fan Style program, which launched in July.
The initiative marks the first time the fast-food chain has given customers direct input on national menu items.
