GEORGETOWN, Ky. —
Toyota is investing more than $200 million into the Georgetown, Kentucky, plant.
The Georgetown plant is Toyota's largest plant globally, employing more than 10,000 team members.
Toyota will invest $204.4 million into the plant, adding 82 jobs and installing a new machine line for 4-cylinder hybrid-compatible engines. Those vehicles are expected to come off the line in 2027.
Toyota says the facility can assemble up to 700,000 units annually.
