TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - The Special Operations Group with the Bell County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 17 arrested Jason Hays, of Temple, while executing a search warrant.
Hays, 44, was booked into the Bell County Jail on charges of possession of marijuana under five pounds in a drug-free zone. Additional charges are pending.
A search of his home allegedly led to the discovery of psilocybin (mushrooms), LSD, Fentanyl, methamphetamines, controlled prescription medications, THC in multiple forms, marijuana in various forms, United States currency.
Firearms, including a rifle and three semi-automatic handguns, were seized, the sheriff’s office said.
