ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - Roanoke Police have left a Walmart supermarket in SE, according to a WDBJ7 reporter on the scene.
Police were called to a report of shots fired late Wednesday afternoon outside the store on Dale Avenue. It’s still not clear whether shots were fired or anyone was hurt, or what the circumstances are.
Police put down evidence markers and used flashlights in a search of the scene, but left shortly thereafter.
