The semi left the road, crossed the median and both westbound lanes, and barreled into Columbia Park Golf Tri Plex.

The vehicle destroyed a section of the fence and came to a stop after sideswiping a tree.

The driver, who was hauling scissor jacks, sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.

No golfers or other drivers were injured in the crash..

The crash has left the semi in need of towing, which may take some time, but the road is now clear for traffic.
