BLOOMINGTON — Indiana women’s basketball never trailed in a 72-53 win over Butler on Wednesday night at Assembly Hall.
The Hoosiers improved to 5-0 for the first time since 2022-23 and are one win away from matching their longest win streak from last season.
Indiana guard Lenée Beaumont led the way with 21 points, giving her back-to-back games with 20 or more points for the first time in her career. The Hoosiers matched their season-high with nine 3-pointers as a team while shooting 56.3% from deep.
Shay Ciezki (14 points) and Zania Socka-Nguemen (10 points) also finished the game in double-digits.
