GALLATIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man was handed a guilty verdict for a deadly DUI crash following a three-day trial, according to District Attorney General for Sumner County Thomas Dean.
On Wednesday, a Sumner County jury found Joaquin Pena Ramos guilty of vehicular homicide by intoxication, DUI second offense and driving on a revoked license stemming from the 2024 crash that killed Brian Neville.

Gallatin police responded to the crash just after 6 a.m. on January 28, 2024. The crash involved a Dodge Durango colliding head-on with a Jeep Patriot at the intersection of Airport Road and Old Airport Road.
