OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - The Early Learning Coalition of Marion County is now stocked with infant supplies thanks to a 5-year-old boy after he was given $100 by his grandmother.
Lucas Perez’s was given $100 by his grandmother and he and his mother went shopping for all sorts of baby items - and you can get them from the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County.
Diapers, wipes, baby bottles, and other infant supplies are available on Thursday, with much help from Lucas and his family.
Every Thursday, the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County hosts a diaper drive, and they say the program is 100% supported by community donations, and the need is increasing.
