After years of silence on the Epstein files, Democrats' efforts to try to hurt President Donald Trump by forcing their release have "totally backfired," according to U.S. Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise).

"I think really what we did yesterday exposed the Democrats in a way that the media couldn't cover," Moore said Wednesday on WVNN's "The Yaffee Program" about the passing of the Epstein Files Transparency Act .

"I think the media was trying to claim Trump, Trump, Trump, and then we come to find out it was actually two sitting members of Congress on the Democrat Party that were tied very closely. As a matter of fact, Hakeem Jeffries, the minority leader, was soliciting Epstein for donations after he was a convicted felon, after he was identified as a pedophile and trafficking children.
