The Mobile Chamber held its 11th annual State of the Economy on Wednesday and presented awards for Manufacturer of the Year and Innovator of the Year.
Tom Wickham, vice president and managing director of government affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, attended the event to share his analysis of the regional business climate.
