The 59th CMA Awards were held last night, airing live on ABC from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Lainey Wilson returned to host for her second consecutive year, and also walked away with the night’s top honor: “Entertainer of the Year”.
Wilson also picked up her fourth Female Vocalist of the Year award and her second Album of the Year for Whirlwind. Meanwhile, Brooks & Dunn made history, and now hold the record for the most CMA Award wins of all time, with 20.
Zach Top took home his first CMA Award for New Artist of the Year, while Riley Green and Ella Langley each took home three awards, including Single of the Year and Song of the Year for their duet, “You Look Like You Love Me.”
