A 65-year-old Farmington Hills man is facing charges of first-degree murder and felony firearm for the fatal shooting of a Commerce Township restaurant manager last Sunday night.
On Thursday the complaint was issued and warrant signed for the case against Tonin Pjetri in connection with the death of Francesk “Franco” Shkambi, 41, of Howell, who was killed outside the Prime 7 Bar & Restaurant on Nov. 16. The shooting was witnessed by several people including one who saw Pjetri with a firearm, officials said.
Approximately 20 minutes after the slaying, Pjetri drove himself to the Farmington Hills police station and turned himself in. According to Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard, Pjetri confessed to the crime.
