After Michigan beat Ohio State in 2021 to snap an eight-game losing streak to its rival, Tommy Fraumann was one of thousands of fans to storm the field at the Big House and celebrate the victory that sent the Wolverines to the Big Ten championship game.
Fraumann will be taking the field at Michigan Stadium more frequently starting next season. The three-star offensive tackle out of Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois flipped his commitment from Miami (Ohio) to the Wolverines on Nov. 7. For someone who grew up in Ann Arbor blocks away from the Big House before moving to the Chicago area after his freshman year at Ann Arbor Pioneer, Fraumann’s excitement was apparent when he informed Michigan’s staff he was joining the class.
