FORT SMITH — A convicted felon pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges that accuse him of threatening a person and kidnapping.
Antonio L. Baker, 43, of Greenwood Road in Fort Smith was arrested Nov. 13 in connection with armed aggravated robbery, kidnapping and possession of firearms by certain persons, according to Sebastian County Court Records.
He pleaded not guilty in a first court appearance Wednesday morning.
Baker is accused of physically threatening a person while armed with a deadly weapon and restraining the person, but then voluntarily releasing them, court records state.
Baker remained in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center on Thursday on $105,000 bond, according to the jail roster.
In July, Baker received two concurrent suspended prison sentences of six years each
