Cotton asks U.S. Agriculture Secretary to speed up relief for farmers

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture should expedite financial assistance to farmers in Arkansas and across the country amid poor economic conditions, U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said Wednesday.
