Nedrow, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is asking Nedrow residents to check their properties as the search continues for a woman who has not been seen since she was reported missing two days ago.

Jacqueline Chiodo, 43, was last seen at 1 p.m. in the area of 5800 S. Salina St. in Nedrow, according to Thomas Newton, a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office. There have been no confirmed sightings since, and concern for her safety is increasing, he said.

Deputies are urging residents in and around Nedrow to look around their homes and yards, including garages, sheds, barns, porches and any outbuildings where Chiodo may have taken shelter. Newton said even small details or observations could help move the investigation forward.
