A prisoner who walked away from a work release site in Pennsylvania two months ago was captured Wednesday in the casino at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, officials said.

Jeremy Ott, 30, escaped from the work site in Warrington, Pennsylvania, on Sept. 27, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

On Sept. 30, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest, the service said.

Investigators arrested Ott Wednesday on the floor of Harrah’s Resort, the service said in a statement posted to social media.

Photos the service posted to X show fugitive task force members handcuffing the escapee on the polka dot casino floor before leading him away.

According to Central Bucks News , Ott pleaded guilty to charges related to a police pursuit on July 19, 2024.
